During National Nurses Month, PHMC honors and celebrates all the nurses across PHMC’s family of programs and subsidiaries for the ways they make a lasting difference in the lives of the communities and families they serve each day.
PHMC’s nurses care for patients across a range of different settings, including our Health Network of six federally qualified health centers, Visiting Nurses’ Association of Greater Philadelphia, residential programs such as The Bridge, Interim House, Inc., Interim House West and WestHaven, Philadelphia Nurse Family Partnership and Mabel Morris Home Visiting Programs, Pathways to Recovery, Serenity Court, the City’s homeless shelters, Health Promotion Council, Fairwold Academy and National Nurse-Led Consortium, who continue advocacy and policy change for nurse-led care.
As our nurses continue to deliver care to the communities PHMC serves, we thank them for their contributions to our mission to strengthen public health for the greater Philadelphia region.
