Register now to get the vaccine on December 18 and 19!

The PHMC Health Network, the Health Promotion Council, and the Eleone Dance Theatre are partnering to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for children, adults, and members of the Grays Ferry community, at the 30th anniversary “Carols in Color” performances on Saturday, December 18 and Sunday, December 19. Get the first dose for children 5-11 years old, adults 12 years and older, or the adult booster shot.

Health insurance is NOT required. Please bring your vaccination card and health insurance for second and booster shots, if available. Walk-in appointments are based on availability. Children under 12 years old need a parent or guardian with them.
