Supporting North Philadelphia students, families, and members of the community to become vaccinated against the coronavirus, the PHMC Health Network and The Laboratory Charter School are hosting a vaccine clinic on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

Prevent the spread of COVID-19, safely participate in family activities, and reduce your health risks!

Get the first dose for children 5-11 years old, adults 12 years and older, or the adult booster shot.

Health insurance is NOT required. Walk-ins are based on vaccine availability. Bring your health insurance card and photo ID, if available. Children 11 years and younger need a parent or guardian with them.
