Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is leading the dissemination of the County Health Rankings for Pennsylvania and will be sharing highlights on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. The Rankings will be presented in conjunction with highlights from the 2015 Southeastern Pennsylvania Household Health survey, which allows for neighborhood level analysis of the areas in need identified in the Rankings. The County Health Rankings, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, show us that where we live matters to our health and motivates community leaders and citizens to work together in new and creative ways to build a culture of health.
