Sara Molina-Robinson is Chief Program Officer, providing strategic leadership and guidance to PHMC’s hundreds of programs and network of subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Sara served as Chief Educational Services Officer where she managed PHMC’s Special Education and Support Services portfolio, which includes ChildLink, PersonLink, Fairwold Academy, the Mill Creek School, the Child Development and Family Services group, and PHMC subsidiary National Nurse-Led Care Consortium.
Sara joined PHMC in 1992 and has held a variety of management roles including Managing Director of Social Services. Sara has served as a dedicated member of the public health community, specializing in the needs of children with developmental delays and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and providing supports to their families. Her expertise in this field and her tireless work in the development and management of program components ensure high quality services, efficiency, sustainability and growth of these programs.
Sara has worked with community partners, political leaders and the business community to create awareness, and opportunities that increase wellness and quality of life. Under Sara’s leadership, the PersonLink integrated employment initiative was implemented and is the first of its kind for any Pennsylvania Supports Coordination Organization. Sara has served in several leadership positions on the Philadelphia Interagency Coordinating Council (PICC), including serving as its co-chair. She is a member of the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities (DBHIDS) Advisory Board, a member of the School District of Philadelphia Advisory Board, and an Advisory Board member for Best Buddies Pennsylvania. Sara earned a B.S. from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia and a master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University.
