Deborah McMillan has extensive experience in child welfare, supervision, program development and management. She joined PHMC in 1988 as the project director of the United Way Homeless Families Initiative and presently manages various homeless early intervention programs that provide case management and supportive services to homeless families, chronically homeless adults and other at-risk populations. She actively serves on several advocacy committees addressing unmet needs of homeless children and families.
