Rhonda Coleman is Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate and is responsible for the oversight of a real estate portfolio and delivers workplace solutions aligned with PHMC’s mission of creating and sustaining healthier communities. Her experience in corporate real estate includes mergers and acquisitions, property acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiating, construction management, facilities management, budgeting, risk management and business process improvement. Rhonda also has experience in managing a variety of corporate operational departments.
Earlier in her career, she spent several years working at Wilmington Trust Corporation in various leadership roles managing the organization’s corporate real estate portfolio. At Wilmington Trust, Rhonda was part of the rebranding council, and the mergers and acquisitions team that expanded its portfolio from 40 local offices to more than 100 locations nationwide. She later worked at University of Delaware where she was part of the Facilities, Planning and Construction team that managed the University’s growing real estate portfolio. Before joining PHMC, Rhonda worked in a consulting capacity with TD Bank in its Real Estate Department where she managed various bank acquisitions in both the U.S. and Canada.
Rhonda has a B.S. in Banking and Finance from Wilmington University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health Management and Administration from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
