Andy Gross, MSS, LCSW, is Managing Director of Mental Health Services for Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) where he oversees a full range of behavioral health programs and subsidiary organizations, including Family Based Mental Health Services, Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behaviors, IBHS-Regional, IBHS-ABA, WestHaven LTSR, and PHMC subsidiaries, the Center for Autism and the Joseph J. Peters Institute. With more than 28 years of experience, Andy has served in a variety of clinical, supervisory and senior leadership roles prior to joining PHMC. His experiences span a range of sectors, including family therapy, child welfare, juvenile justice, domestic violence and chronic mental health. Throughout his career, Andy has been a champion of evidence-based practices, and actively pursues the implementation of evidence-based interventions and programs at each level of care. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and a Master of Social Service degree from Bryn Mawr College.
