PHILADELPHIA, PA – Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is pleased to announce the addition of Michelle Williams as Senior Managing Director, Integrated Health Services.

Cohen, President and CEO of Public Health Management Corporation. “Michelle brings vast experience in nonprofit management and service delivery, as well as a fresh perspective that will help us expand our ability to provide integrated, high-quality services across the region.”
As Senior Managing Director, Integrated Health Services Michelle oversees PHMC’s Behavioral Health Services portfolio, including in- and out-patient treatment programs, as well as the PHMC health network, which includes five, nurse-managed federally qualified health centers and programming for individuals experiencing homelessness. She joins PHMC after more than 20 years at KidsPeace National Centers, a large nonprofit organization that serves the behavioral health needs of children, families and communities, where she served in a variety of clinical, programmatic and executive leadership roles.
In her most recent role as vice president of the Orchard Hills Program, she played a central role in the strategic planning process and oversaw an annual operating budget of more than $65 million and a staff of 1,000 employees. Additionally, Michelle served as an ambassador for the organization in its relationships with funders, marketing, customer relations and community outreach.
