With Turning Points for Children, PHMC is working to improve outcomes for some of our region's highest at-risk youth populations. The Philadelphia Department of Human Services' innovative reform, Improving Outcomes for Children, is a community-based approach to service delivery that has named Community Umbrella Agencies for the various Districts in Philadelphia County. Turning Points for Children is hiring for CUA Districts 12 and 18.
