On November 26, The Philadelphia Tribune featured data on diabetes from Community Health Data (CHDB) Base’s Household Health Survey. In recognition of November as American Diabetes Month, researchers at CHDB released statistics on diabetes occurrence in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Household Health Survey, is one of the largest local health surveys in the country. This biennial survey collects information on more than 13,000 residents (children, adults and seniors) living in the five-county SEPA region.
