On July 27, PHMC launched a new website for Community Health Partners for Sustainability, whichprovides free and low-cost training and technical assistance to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), including public housing primary care and other special population grantees, and to other health centers seeking long-term sustainability. The new site offers clients access to well-organized resources and links arranged in an easy-to-navigate manner. Community Health Partners for Sustainability is supported via a National Cooperative Agreement, grant number U30CS09736, with US Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care, and is a subsidiary of National Nursing Centers Consortium, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that is a PHMC affiliate.
