Public Health Management Corporation, on behalf of SEPA RTF, is withdrawing for competitive bids the Request for Proposals (RFP) for an All Hazards Simulation System to satisfy a need for training that will allow participants to improve skills, knowledge and abilities implementing the incident command system and applying strategies and tactics to mitigate a simulated emergency.

UPON ADDITIONAL REVIEW OF THE REQUIREMENT AND GRANT GUIDANCE, SEPA RTF WITHDRAWS THE BELOW LISTED RFP FOR COMPETITIVE BID EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
