Southeast Regional Key (SERK) is one of six regional keys working in partnership with the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning to implement a system of program quality improvements and professional development supports for early childhood education. Last year, PHMC became the SERK provider for the Pennsylvania Early Learning Keys to Quality initiative, a statewide quality improvement program targeting early childhood education providers. SERK offers a quality improvement system in which all participating early-learning programs and practitioners are encouraged and supported to improve child outcomes.
