PHMC Health Network and Apovia, a pharmacy management company, have partnered to open PHMC Pharmacy at the PHMC Health and Wellness Center located at 12th and Callowhill Streets in Philadelphia. The PHMC Care Clinic, a federally qualified health center and part of the PHMC Health Network is also located on-site. Patients will have more direct access to their prescriptions and other pharmacy services in coordination with their health care provider.

PHMC Pharmacy offers a range of services to patients, including professional consultations with a pharmacist, low-cost prescriptions, easy pick-up and delivery options such as free home delivery and in-person pick-up, and prescription refill reminders. PHMC Pharmacy is an important addition to the Health Network, ensuring better medication management and health outcomes for patients and a greater integration of care for individuals, families and communities.

PHMC Health Network has six federally qualified health centers that provide integrated and comprehensive health services to communities throughout the Philadelphia area, including public housing populations and individuals experiencing homelessness.
