PHMC Health Network is hosting activities at all six federally qualified health centers from August 7-13.

PHMC Health Network’s six Federally Qualified Health Centers commemorate National Health Center Week by recognizing its staff and hosting events for patients and communities from August 7-13. Sessions will offer nutritional education, activities and resources for recovery from substance use disorders, and information about services for sexual health. In addition, each health center will remember those who passed away during COVID-19 pandemic. Free giveaways will also be available at every health center throughout the week.

PHMC Health Network continues to assist underserved communities, particularly public housing populations and individuals experiencing homelessness, by providing high-quality, patient-centered comprehensive primary care throughout the Philadelphia region and offering an array of services, including substance use disorder and trauma treatment, behavioral health and dental care, pediatric medicine, and social services.

Patients can call 855.887.9229 to schedule a visit. Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid. All patients are seen regardless of their ability to pay.
