PHMC Health Network is hosting activities at all five federally qualified health centers from August 9-13.
PHMC Health Network’s five nurse-managed, federally qualified health centers commemorate National Health Center Week by recognizing its staff and hosting events for patients and communities from August 9-13. Sessions will be offered for COVID-19 vaccinations, health education events, insurance information, and other resources. In addition, PHMC’s Community Mental Health Department will hold behavioral health screenings on August 12 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at PHMC Care Clinic. PHMC Health Network continues to assist underserved communities, particularly public housing populations and individuals experiencing homelessness, by providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care throughout the Philadelphia region and offering an array of services, including substance use disorder and trauma treatment, behavioral health and dental care, pediatric medicine, and social services.
Patients can call 855.887.9229 to schedule an in-person or a telehealth visit. Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid. All patients are seen regardless of their ability to pay.
