Co-written by Tine Hansen-Turton, PHMC’s Chief Strategy Officer, Social Innovation and Impact in Nonprofit Leadership defines the essential competencies needed by leaders to create change within today’s social sector. The book features organizational case studies that will help readers examine the business planning process and elements of social innovation and change management. Many of the contributors have written for previous editions of the Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal (PSIJ) and have also presented at many PSIJ events.
