Mike McCain is Chief Information Officer, overseeing Information Technology (IT) operations, systems design, technical services and data center management, with a goal of providing a solid infrastructure for the PHMC enterprise. He works with leadership, PHMC programs and subsidiaries to provide innovative IT solutions that drive business forward and promote the use of technology to serve our communities more effectively.

Mike is a proven technology leader and technical manager who provides technology strategy and development in health care environments. Mike's experience is unique across many specialties, ranging from technical project planning and implementation, infrastructure design, application selection and implementation to data discovery for large organizations focused on improving productivity and results.
Mike comes to PHMC from Lantium where he worked as Vice President of IT Consulting Services and "Virtual CIO" across a number of different organizations. Since 2000, Mike has held various IT positions including: Network Engineer Project Manager, Director of Professional Services and Chief Technology Officer.

Mike received a degree in Business Management from Shippensburg University and went on to obtain multiple technical certifications, including MCSE, MCITP and MSCTS.
