Emergency Assistance

PHMC offers two programs that provide emergency assistance. Direct Emergency Financial Assistance Program (DEFA) caters to individuals with AIDS/HIV that need emergency housing, medication, and other resources. The DHS Emergency Fund provides assistance with the goal of providing stability for children in need.
