Amy Friedlander leads PHMC’s work on the Department of Human Services (DHS) Parenting Collaborative, the DHS Emergency and Performance Based Contracting Aftercare Funds, the Out-of-School-Time initiative, and the Southeastern Regional Key. Friedlander has 20 years of experience providing consulting services to other nonprofit organizations and supporting program development throughout PHMC and affiliates.
