Michael Bedrosian has over 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of management information systems and in the planning and configuration of local and wide-area networks to support these systems. Bedrosian  has contributed to the design and implementation of database systems in support of the following programs: Health Care for the Homeless, Forensic Intensive Recovery, Healthier Babies, Children’s Investment Strategy, ChildLink and PHMC’s treatment programs. He also directs the PA REACH program, a federal initiative that assists PA health centers in implementing electronic health records and achieving meaningful use. He is a member of the American Public Health Association, Association for Computing Machinery, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Audio Engineering Society.
