Vanessa Briggs, MBA, RD, LDN, oversees PHMC affiliates Health Promotion Council and Resources for Children’s Health. She also manages PHMC’s environmental health, communicable diseases and injury prevention initiatives. Over the last 10 years, Briggs has held leadership positions at Health Promotion Council and has successfully developed and led several large-scale regional and national initiatives.  Among others, Briggs serves on the Executive Committee of the Public Health Section for the College  of Physicians of Philadelphia, West Philadelphia Disparities Consortium, and the Advancing the Movement National Advisory Council.
