Wayne Pendleton, LSW, ACSW, serves as chief operating officer for PHMC. A recognized leader in pioneering models of healthcare, before coming to PHMC Pendleton launched a specialized health care consulting firm while serving as executive director of a developing PACE program and homecare and hospice agency with South Jersey Healthcare. For the last 10 years, Pendleton has provided organizations with strategic guidance and operational advances. Most recently, he has focused his consulting efforts on partnering with healthcare entities interested in sponsoring the nationally-acclaimed Medicare PACE program, an area on which he has collaborated with PHMC. Pendleton earned a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master of social administration from Temple University.
